Return Policy

01 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and free from any damage caused by the customer.
• Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts that were part of the order.

02 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to their custom nature or safety regulations. These include:

• Custom-Made or Special-Order Products: Items that are manufactured to your specific dimensions, configurations, or requirements.
• Perishable Goods: Any items with a limited shelf life.
• Hazardous Materials: Chemicals, biological agents, or any items classified as dangerous goods.
• Clearance or Final Sale Items: Products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

03 How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us: Email our customer support team at info@labonics.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• Receive RMA Number: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
• Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

04 Return Shipping

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
• Trackable Service: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Labonics is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
• Return Address: You will receive the specific return shipping address with your RMA number.

05 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
• Refund Timeframe: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing time.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are also non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

06 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes issues can occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@labonics.com.

• Timing: We ask that you report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
• Resolution: We will arrange for a return, replacement, or full refund, including all shipping costs, at no additional charge to you. Please do not return these items without first contacting us.
